Many thanks for your interest in this Bordeaux Summer School. Please note that the application deadline is April 13th, 2026. You will receive an admission decision no later than April 24th, 2026.

To apply for the summer school, you must provide a CV and a cover letter.
Registration being limited to 20 participants, attendees will be selected by the organising committee from the candidate pool based on merit, background, and other criteria until full capacity is reached.
› Participation fee:
› Free of charge for Bachelor and Master students from the University of Bordeaux (including weekday lunches, coffee breaks, and social programme costs)
› 600 € for PhD students from the University of Bordeaux (including weekday lunches, coffee breaks, and social programme costs)
› 1 430 € for qualified participants eligible for the FENS/IBRO-PERC stipend* (including accomodation, weekday lunches, coffee breaks and social programme costs)
› 2 180 € for regular participants (including accomodation, weekday lunches, coffee breaks and social programme costs)
* A limited number of FENS and IBRO-PERC stipends are available for four MSc or PhD students residing in Europe (excluding France). This support provides a 750 € reduction on the regular fee (bringing the total cost down to 1,430 €). To apply for this reduction, candidates must include a dedicated section in their cover letter specifying their motivations for participating and their need for financial support. Selection will be carried out by the CHET Committee.
